Yes. FormDrop emails new non-spam submissions to the form owner’s verified email. Verify it by signing in once through an emailed link. Enter your email to receive a single-use sign-in link valid for 20 minutes; your private access link is an optional backup.

We allow 10% grace above the monthly submission allowance and email you at 80% and at the limit. After that, new submissions are held instead of lost: your visitors see the normal success message, the messages are hidden from you, and they are deleted automatically 7 days after arriving unless you upgrade. Upgrade within 7 days and they move into your inbox.

Yes. Pay monthly or yearly through Stripe Checkout without creating an account first. Cancel any time from the billing portal. The free plan needs no card.

It is a small, independent service built by SupaDesign in Ireland, so EU data-protection law applies and we act as your GDPR processor. Every submission is stored in your dashboard as well as emailed, you can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, and spam decisions show their reason so nothing disappears silently. If you pass your plan limit, we email you and hold new messages for 7 days instead of dropping them.

File uploads: not yet. We store text fields and flag when a file was dropped. Please do not collect passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data.
