Terms of service
Effective 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SupaDesign, operated by Darren Buckley, a sole trader based in Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland, who runs FormDrop: a hosted endpoint that receives HTML form submissions for your website, filters spam and forwards them to you. By using the service you accept these terms.
Accounts
You must give a working email address and keep your sign-in links and access keys private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not use FormDrop to break the law or to harm others. In particular, you must not:
- collect passwords, card numbers, or special-category data (health, biometrics) through FormDrop forms;
- use FormDrop for phishing pages or to send unsolicited messages;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around plan limits (for example with multiple free accounts);
- resell the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where that is reasonable.
Free and paid plans
The free plan is free with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance in euro, monthly or yearly, by Stripe. Prices include any VAT we are required to charge. You can cancel any time from the app; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for and are then moved to the free plan.
Refunds. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription. Because the service starts immediately at your request, a withdrawal within 14 days is refunded pro rata for the unused part. Outside that, we do not refund partial periods, but if something went wrong on our side, email us and we will make it right.
We may change prices for the next billing period with at least 30 days' email notice.
Submissions over your plan limit
When your forms pass the monthly allowance plus 10% grace, we keep accepting submissions for your visitors but hold them: held submissions are not shown, emailed, forwarded or exported. If you move to a paid plan within 7 days of a submission arriving, it is moved into your inbox. Otherwise it is deleted automatically 7 days after it arrived. Holding is capped at one monthly allowance per 7 days; beyond that, submissions are rejected with a limit error.
Data processing
For submissions your visitors send through your forms, you are the data controller and we are your processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We process submissions only to store and deliver them to you, keep them confidential, use sub-processors listed in our privacy policy, help you answer data-subject requests (export and delete are in the dashboard), delete them when you delete them or close your account, and notify you without undue delay of any personal-data breach. You must have a lawful basis and a privacy notice for the forms on your site.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content and data you put into FormDrop. You give us the permission needed to host, process and display it only to run the service for you. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service fast and available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; if we remove something material from a paid plan, you may cancel and get a pro-rata refund.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period (or €50 if you are on the free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
